LAB Pay App is a payment-based company that focuses on financial sustainability. The company needs a tool that helps merchants and people to manage their transactions and withdrawals. The app's target users include young merchants to enterprises concerned with the deals they make daily and would like to learn about what they do to optimize their assets. We want to optimize the app by studying how merchants will behave in the whole usability and what functions are missing. Banking apps may not give thorough functions to clients, and this app is to create a customers-as-merchants concept to optimize a complete financial function app. Their behaviour and their pain points in the research will directly affect my design decisions.
