The Sun Hung Kee Property - Signature Homes Club Portal project seeks to develop an event portal that is highly efficient in managing transaction status and is a reliable reference for the accounting department to check event values for reporting purposes. Our target audience includes both staff and club leads across various properties, as well as club members. The project poses several challenges, including managing multiple clubs from different properties in a single portal, partitioning and grouping data for UI display, and creating a streamlined data filter flow in the portal data analysis structure. As the UX/UI designer for this project, my primary responsibility is to ensure that the portal is usable, enjoyable, and accessible for stakeholders in various departments of the client's company, including accounting, finance, business, customer service, and marketing. We will utilize the design guidelines provided by the client in our research study.
